The MSU LIFE Scholars program is excited to host its first Community Conversation! Join us for an engaging and collaborative dialogue about expanding meaningful, competitive, and inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in our community.
We invite you to join a diverse group of participants, including community business representatives, employment service providers, individuals with IDD, their parents, and MSU friends and partners. Your perspective is invaluable as we work together to build a more inclusive workforce that benefits everyone!
This event will utilize the World Café method, founded on the belief that:
People already possess the wisdom and creativity to tackle even the toughest challenges. The answers we seek are within us, and we are Wiser Together than we are alone.
The gathering will include three rounds of small-group discussions, culminating in a large-group sharing session. Our collective insights and ideas will inform the creation of an inclusive business network for our community.
We hope you’ll join us for this meaningful conversation! Please see the attached flyer to RSVP and feel free to share this with others who may be interested in joining us.
